The Foster Company USA’s Support Services are designed to address the end project's post-operational Maintenance, Repair, Performance and Training needs. The end project’s parent company will have convenient phone or e-mail access to Foster’s Senior-Power Generation Engineers who are familiar with that facility’s equipment. The Foster Company USA. doesn’t just install and leave the site. Foster will be there to support your company’s needs should anything go wrong. The end project also has the option of choosing between a customized Maintenance and/or Support Agreement or support on an "as-needed" basis. Foster’s power plant support services include:
- Technical support for new, used or overhauled equipment
- Recommendations on spare parts inventory control, maintenance part planning and outage planning
- Contract negotiations for maintenance as well as inventory control and analysis
- Recommendations on plant repairs and services
- Site visits for emergency repairs or planned upgrades
